[Skimmertalk] 160m test skimmer Band Plan selection

I noticed on SAT night during CQWW 160m test that my skimmer was not reporting CQs above 1.842, when stations were calling CQ as high as 1.880.

I checked the skimmer.ini file and it was OK, but I 
noticed the file said "Band Plan 3" which is the ARRL band plan. I went to 
that
 window in skimmer and changed the Band Plan selection to "CW Contest." Immediately 
the skimmer jumped to 525 decoders going at once, and it copied signals all
 the way up to 1887.

Sorry I didn't notice this sooner. Probably would have produced a bunch more spots. I'll remember next time.
