[Skimmertalk] Is the RBN Server down for everyone?

I have not been able to maintain a connection to the RBN Telnet 
(telnet.reversebeacon.net, port 7000) server since about 10 AM EST.  I 
get a "forcefully rejected" error message in N1MM, and Windows telnet on 
a different machine simply crashes immediately.  Pinging the server does 
not display a problem, so it must be the cluster software itself, unless 
I'm missing something.  Felipe, who remotely manages the server, is 
traveling and unavailable until the 10th.

Are others having the same problem?
