[Skimmertalk] Reverse Beacon Net Telnet output working?

I had planned to mess around in the Florida QSO Party today, 
using spots from the RBN, but I can't hook up to it. Maybe I'm 
doing something wrong. I'm using N1MM, and I edited the packet 
cluster list to add a new entry reversebeacon.net:7000

I get a disconnect, and message "no route to host."

Is the telnet output down, or am I doing something wrong?
