Depends on what you mean by a unique multiplier.  Obviously a new 3Y0 
callsign (or any other call not previously heard in a contest) won't be 
spotted.  However, Skimmer's paranoid validation mode also checks against a 
watchlist that you can create yourself.  That raises the possibility that 
you could build a list of known DXpedition callsigns expected to be active 
in a given contest, and add them yourself.

If you are operating in assisted/unlimited class, K1TTT's Wintelnetx offers 
the potential for passing *both* packet and Skimmer spots to your logging 
program.
