Well, at least I know now the issues aren't unique to my Corsair. I can live with the display one minute warm-up, but the ineffective NB prevents useability all too often. My noise level is frequently S9+10db, and the power company's willingness/ability to remedy that has been as effective as the Corsairs ability to cope with the noise. Anybody out there got a spare 279 noise blanker board? ----- Original Message ----- From: k6jek<mailto:k6jek@comcast.net> To: Discussion of Ten-Tec Equipment<mailto:tentec@contesting.com> Sent: Monday, February 03, 2014 11:14 AM Subject: Re: [TenTec] Corsair noise blanker and frequency display FWIW my Corsair does exactly the same thing on both counts. |
