when I tuned up my Argosy a while ago I did it to spec...I kept getting complaints of distorted audio, however...it took me forever (as it often does) to find the bias was too low despite d=being what it called for in the manual. Your problem may be simpler in nature and if it was working OK before, its unlikely its your PA...that said, have a look if the simpler route does not help. When I realized I had to exceed the current limit a bit I simply listened in a separate receiver for clear audio... scott |
