Walt, Exactly right!Of course, if those 120 radials extended several wavelengths from the antenna, well into into the Fresnel Zone, they might begin to have some effect on the elevation angle. But by the time the radials get that far away, even 120 are pretty sparse and have a limited effect on the soil conductivity.
