Well, on the assumption that the HOA and/or neighbors are so persnickety that they will complain, one is probably well advised to make sure the protected dish or antenna is actually doing what it is protected for. Antennas or dishes that are not "used to receive video programming" are not protected under the rule. Best regards, Charles |
