[TenTec] Triton IV Digital CW Sidetone Adjustment

I dug out my old Triton IV Digital to get it ready for the CQWW CW Test next 
weekend.
 
Can someone tell me how to adjust the CW Sidetone and turn it down. It is way 
too loud in my headphones.
 
Secondly, is there any way to adjust the tone; I like 800Hz.
 
I cannot find my manual for it.
