The tantalum cap specified might have a tighter value tolerance, which
is important to setting the time constant of the AGC. A regular
electrolytic can be plus 80 per cent minus 20 per cent tolerance
depending on the type and age. The tantalum if of the military can type
should be more precise at setting the TC.
