I have seen it several times on the standard sweep display and it seems to
coincide with very strong signals that get past the HP/LP RF filters in the
front end. I have a 1 kW AM broadcast station two miles from my QTH on
1.490 MHz that puts in a measured -3 dBm signal on my 160 meter antenna.
When I'm on 160, I see the red screen come up often.
