I would have to add Elecraft to the list also since I have had great experiences with both of them. :-)

Hi Gang,

I recently purchased new a ArgoV for my wife. It crapped out on transmit on
17 and 75 meters after less than a week while running CW. I contacted Paul
at TT and after a couple of emails and resets we decided that it need to go
back to TN.

I explained to Paul that the rig had really been purchased for FD as a Digi
Rig (PSK31) and if possible I needed back before then.

Well here's the timeline:
I SHIPPED June 11. They Received June 13. 2 days.

Today, June 18, I get an email saying the the unit is FIXED and SHIPPED with
a UPS tracking #. I will see it on June 20, BEFORE FD as promised allowing
for THREE BUSINESS days after they received it!

Who do you know turns around in 3 days?

When you hear about lengendary customer service, the ONLY company that comes
to mind is Ten-Tec.

A product, any product, is only as good as it's customer service.

Is there a hidden message here?

Regards, John-WA4JM
