Now I could be wrong (it has been known to happen),
but I think the first radio with a built in Keyer was
the Yaesu FT901DM, and the first rig with a built in
antenna tuner was the Kenwood TS930SAT.  And the first
rig with a memory channel was also the Yaesu FT901DM.
Can anyone correct that?
