It'll be fine without realignment. Ten-Tec still works on the Argosy. The
220 filter was the very best thing I did for my Argosy. It helped CW even
more than the 500 Hz filter, so you done good.

realign the carrier oscillator.
What adverse effects will occur if the oscillator is NOT realigned?
(Probably would require a trip to Ten-Tec--if they still work on
