[TenTec] Orion II S Meter

Some have been kicking about the Orion II's S-meter reading this morning. To 
satisfy my own curiosity, I hauled out a Boonton signal generator and made 
some measurements at 14.200 of signal level vs S-Meter. S-9 was found to be 
50uV and then 10dB steps above and below 50uV were taken to generate the 
following table. The preamp was off.

The S9 50uV meter reading seems to hold from band to band very well. The 
strongest signals I receive are approx S9+50dB.
