Thanks to everyone who responded with a suggestion. I think I fixed it
by cleaning the "transceive/receive" antenna switch on the back.
I say think, because when I did it this morning, 20m and 40m were dead.
I could only receive one broadcast station on 7.125 and no other stations.
I could hear the background noise fine, and I got the same results with
another rig.
