Ten-Tec 217 9mhz, 500 hz filter, $30 plus priority

I bought this filter off the list, paid $60+ but the
filter is attenuated. Didn't this find this out before
I had lost track of the seller. Looks fine, needs a
resolder or possible cap replacement. Buy it, fix it,
save some $$$
