[TenTec] Omni D low output

I think that it was Bob K4TAX that posted the original question about low
output. My Omni C a few years ago had the same problem. I sent it to T T and
the problem was the low level drivers (I think that is the correct term).
Since it was 20 something years old at that time, I did not think that was
too bad. Worked great after that.
