[TenTec] ADMIN: Rules for the list - everyone please read!

To avoid the need to intrude on the list with a monthly posting of the 
rules, I have
placed the rules on the Info Page for the Ten-Tec list, which may be 
accessed by
going to:

http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec

These rules are sent to each new member of the list when his/her 
membership is
approved.

Now would be a good time for existing members to check these rules, as 
they will
be used to determine whether an individual list member will be allowed 
to post
messages to the list without moderation.

List policing or references to any auction or auction site are going to 
get members
placed on moderated status, among other things spelled out in the rules.
