Jim, the previous post is correct generally. But if you should decide to keep it and add the 1.8 kHz filter, you will need to cut a jumper on the edge of the outline of that filter. Then if you should pull the filter / sell it, you must restore the filter. Otherwise, the widest apparent filter position in CW mode will have a missing filter! I really use the 1.8 kHz filter for most of my CW operating as I prefer mental filtering. Then I can kick in the narrow filters if mental filters fail. The Corsair II is a very sweet rig.
