Sinisa, there are TWO AGC's in Orion. One is
Analog AGC which CANNOT be turned off since it is
ALWAYS ON to protect overdriving the DSP's ADC with
signals stronger than ~S9+30. The front panel AGC
controls the Digital AGC within the DSP which may
be indeed be turned OFF. If you want to learn more
