i have a question about the cabrillo format

i have been trying to find the "correct" entry for a contact

here is the layout that i get from my logging program and the line is
"discarded because the call letter is NOT an RST

QSO: 28055 CW 2003-12-13 1831 AK7O          599 599 UT W2LC          599
  Line 22 was discarded.  'W2LC' is not a valid RS(T).

please tell me what i need to change
