[TenTec] VFO 263 PTO Rebuild Question

I have a 263 PTO that needs to be rebuilt.
Is the reduction drive part of the VFO rebuild kit?
What does the Ten Tec rebuild kit consist of?
Do I have to get a different overhaul kit for the rebuild of the reduction 
drive which seems to be frozen in place?
