KentHere is how I create these type of adapters. http://www.qsl.net/k8zt/adapter.html I fact I have on that goes fro 4 pin socket to ¼ phone plug to use my new Ten-Tec mics on older Ten-Tec equipment and an 8 pin socket to 4 pin plug to use my kenwood wired mic with ten-tec equipment.
