[TenTec] Another Bit - Bad Pegasus Audio Problem

Left out another symptom occurring when the
Pegasus is "failed"  or whatever:  the ALC
light on the Pegasus,  which usually only
occasioanally flickers,  is on,  and sort of pulsing,
rythmically,  when I put down the PTT button on the
mike?  This,  with nothing being spoken into the mike.
Maybe that helps to ID the problem area??
