Don't ever use SPAIN.
 
When I first use KG4CS in 1970, often using Canada Spain, 
in the first batch of QSL received, those from latin
countries claimed a contact with KG4CE, for Espagne.

Sierra is pretty good along with Santiago. Sugar is not so good.
For us Finns, Säkylä might work .. pronounced by a born-Finn.

Zanzibar is the best for Z.
Zulu sounds like zero if there is any weakness in the signal.
