Thanks for very relevant input Timo. You are for sure correct. IOTA might
involve operators that normally do not have the highest skills how to
handle pile ups and the reason for non-ID could be that they try to handle
the pile that way. However, this behaviour causes more irritation than the
intended comfort for the operator... Anyway, a Conterst Sponsor could at
least recommend operators to ID regularly or frequently (whatever that
means of course) ;)
