Apologies, Roger.

There are a number of hams doing great work in this area.  I did not mean to 
imply that there were not.  I DID mean to imply that there are not as many 
doing this great work as used to, and if more would, then the trend could 
reverse.

I also did not mean for any of my comments about this to be about anyone 
else except USA contesters.
