Lee,
I think it depends on how old the QSOs are.
I have uploaded all of the QSOs made from this current K8CC QTH (i.e.,
since October 1986). This amounts to just shy of 300K QSOs. The
confirmation rate in LoTW is a little more than 10%. Recent QSOs seem
to have a higher confirmation rate.
OTOH, the Mad River Radio Club decided to go after the ARRL's WAS Triple
Play award with our K8MAD club callsign starting at the beginning of
this year (#150). We entered the RTTY Roundup and both January NAQPs,
plus a few non-contest QSOs totalling about 2K QSOs. The confirmation
rate in LoTW is just over 50%.
The increase in popularity of computer logging over the past two decades
probably has a lot to do with this. I also think the Triple Play award
has created a big boost in LoTW usage.
Personally, I think LoTW is wonderful.
