contesting, all trains better ops. That's pretty much explained in the manuals
for traffic handling...
that's why there is a standard form (traffic)... and a pre announced exchange
(contests)
now.. for the serial numbers... please refer to the experienced folk that
handled hundreds of thousands of pieces of traffic.... They've written a ton of
stuff to learn from.
