Maybe that's the key Kelly. It is YOUR equipment within the 500m circle that
FINDS the stations for you. You are not receiving DX ALERTS from any source
and YOU and nobody else are the sole OPERATOR of that equipment.
Is this good or bad? Do we want this? Exactly...
