[Yaesu] Yaesu FT-920 Auto-tuner: Fixed!

I previously reported a non-functional antenna auto-tuner in my
FT-920. I got several good suggestions on things to try. The
"soft" microprocessor reset fixed it (the manual also lists two
harder resets)! I'm used to re-booting my Windows98 every day
or two - I wasn't expecting that from my Yaesu :-(.
