Sean, See Power Up Slections on page 17 of the manual. Push and hold the
1.5 and 7 MHz band keys on the keypad while switching the power on. Yeasu
will be displayed, followed by a ROM version number. My rig is 3E3XXXX
and has a ROM version of 6.0. So, yours should be OK.
