Sorry to be so long in getting back to you. About two weeks
ago I bent over in the yard to move a sprinkler and I don't
know what I did, but I did it in spades to my back. Just now
getting back to work, it doesn't even feel good to sit down!!
I have called a couple of times to get hold of Craig and he has
not returned my call. I would like to work something out with
you and then I will keep trying to resolve this with him. Let
me know what you think is fair and let's talk it over and see
what we can come up with.
Again, I am sorry for the problem.

Well, I guess I have to say wait minute and lets find out
what is going on....I just walked in from dinner and find
this message to me (below) and I don't have the foggiest
about what is going on. I have never received ANY email,
any anything from you about this situation. We have exchanged
email several times on other subjects and you have never made
mention about anything.
Quite frankly, I don't know what is going on so I am going to
have to be brought up to speed on what your email is all about.
I would suggest that you give me a call tomorrow at my office
on the phone 806-794-3692 and lets start at the beginning. If
I know what is going on, I am a whole better at resolving a problem
than starting from where I am right now which is not having the
foggiest.
Lets start by talking on the phone since it is very obvious that
for whatever reason your email sure hasn't made it here to me or
I wouldn't be in the dark about this whole situation.
I guess that I am somewhat astounded to get this note more than 5 months
after I assumed that we had a good, satisfied, and finished deal with no
communication since you told me you had received the radio and were enjoying
it.
I would also assume that if you had some kind of problem that you would
have attempted to contact me either thru the US MAIL or by telephone to
attempt to discuss this matter with me so that it could be resolved if you
did not receive a reply to your email....
Call me tomorrow so that we can discuss this.
