I have an FT-890 that works great, and has for years. However, I cannot use
it on QSK (full break-in). When I do, it chops the leading charactor by
about one third. I have observed this on my scope and can see it plainly. I
get many complaints that the CW at the higher speeds (above 25 WPM) is
very, very hard to read. So, I use the rig only on semi-breakin.
Does anyone know of a fix for this problem? It is just not useable in QSK
mode.
