[WriteLog] Logging 4U1WB

I received a call from 4U1WB.  He gave his name as Masa and QTH as DC.  But 
I didn't get any multiplier point from the QSO in the NAQP.  It didn't even 
show up in my beam headings window.  Anybody have any ideas as to what gives 
with that?

All I get in the Writelog MULT column is a "?".

Any suggestions on how to correct this or if it's even legal to do so?
