I have managed to kill the Edit QSO tool. I can click on the pencil Edit
QSO tool icon, or
click on Edit QSO tool in the Windows drop down menu, or double click a CALL
in the Log window
and the Log window moves down just a little but the Edit QSO tool window
does not appear.

Running v12 here. If I double click on the callsign in the log window, it
shows the edit box.
