[WriteLog] Corruption on CWT

Running 10.22 on Windows 7 machine [64 bit].
 
Had several problems with 10.22 upgrades.  So removed Writelog  and 
reloaded 10.22.  Noticed now on CWT log that the QSO ENTRY window is  
incomplete.  
Loaded new K0RC CWOPS items yet still have the same incomplete  QSO ENTRY 
window.
 
Suggestions?
