[WriteLog] Writelog.ini

Thanks to Ed and Marsh for their feedback.  
 
Using OS Windows 7.
 
Solved the problem for the moment by copying the Writelog.ini in  the 
Virtual Store and over writing the Writelog.ini in Windows.
