[WriteLog] Writelog.ini

After upgrading to 11.23 I now have to writelog.ini files; one in  the 
Windows folder and one in the virtual store folder.  The one in  the store is 
editable and the one in Windows is not.
 
Now the program does not recognize where the MTTY.exe is located,  thus 
rttyrite window.
 
Can I just replace the writelog.ini file in Windows?
