I had same issue with 11.13G version.
I use FT-2000.
Log was taken freq. from second VFO or put me to split mode.
I saw change freq.(Main freq and SUB) on Bandmap every 15-30 seconds.
At night purchased new 11.22G version.
After few hours of testing looks better.
Will check how new version work today.

Interesting. Had the same issue twice. I assumed it was a spot that had been
sent incorrectly but in both cases ended up tx on 10m.
