[WriteLog] Writelog staying Keyed after RTTY messages

I just can't figure out why when an RTTY message ends with the %e that 
the PTT stays keyed and it is in diddle.  This is with a K3 and I have 
it set for PTT-KEY  OFF-dtr which is where I always used it before.  We 
have used Writelog with the K3 for a least two years and have not had an 
issue with this before?  I even went back and loaded  version 10.73 with 
no difference.  What am I missing?
