I believe this is a problem with the PTT in WinKey2 ... enable PTT
on the LPT and set Router to "Steer serial CW/PTT." To enable PTT
on the LPT check DVK on the LPT and select Windows Sound board as
the DVK type (information is in WriteLog Help file).
