I created the cabrillo output (from Writelog 10.40j) and it appears to
handle QTC's just fine. Instead of "QSO:..." at the start of each line,
it shows "QTC:...". So whether WAE handles it or not, Writelog does!

WAE does not accept cabrillo submissions.
There is no provision in the cabrilo format for QTC traffic
