What is the corrispondence of these in the list of multiplier US and Canada????

For USA
DC = ?????????????

For Canada
NB = New Brunswich
NS = Nova Scotia
PEI = Prince Edward Isl.
NF = New Foundland
LAB = Labrador
PQ = ??????????????????
ON = Ontario
MB = Manitoba
SK = Saskatchewan
AB = Alberta
BC = British Columbia
NWT = North West Territories
YT = ????????????????????
