As we all know, Wayne can defend himself, but I feel the need to comment.

Well, W5XD is not IBM. This software does not cost millions of dollars.
Also, he has a real job that takes up most of his time - like most of us.
We must recognize these facts, and temper our expectations. There's no room
here for being hard on anyone. Ham radio software has no severity level by
default. It's a hobby!
While we all want things that are wrong fixed, if W0MN, or anyone else, just
doesn't like the way a program works, it's fine to talk about it here, and
make suggestions. Wayne and Ron do read what is said, and those ideas that
are good, get worked into the program eventually. Many, many changes have
been implemented over the years.
The bottom line is that there's no place for the kind of criticism we've
seen here recently.
