[WriteLog] WL CW text TX problems

Hi!

Q1. Last ARRL 10m we were operating @S51TA with WL10.28 and had some
problems with transmiting calls which were reedited. Actually the CALL for
example I sent K1TT and later I added another T as K1TTT was just sent K1TT
but on my TX line it didn't finish typing K1TT yet so I expect from the PC
that if there is time it has to be sent as it is in the CALL field. Is this
solved in newer relese or not?
