[WriteLog] Contest bugs

I tried this on 10.36G with Alt-F3 to K4JA and it worked absolutely fine. He
uses ARC-Cluster. Can someone give me a telnet address (including the port)
and I'll try it...

The problem in Writelog is universal.  If you manually plug in the spot
it works. If you use Alt F3 it does not work on either DX Spider or
PacketCluster nodes! So something needs to be patched...Steve N3MX...

Played in the phone contest yesterday with 10.36G.
Packet spots did not work. K2UT and K2NJ already told me they
noticed same thing. Local cluster now using DXSpider software. I don't
know if it's a WL problem or a DXSpider problem.
Anyone else have that problem? If so, what software does your node
use?
