Scot,
I think your website is what the Writelog support site should be.
I certainly hope you at least get comped on your software upgrades!

Subject: Re: [WriteLog] Hello Writelog!
One other commentary regarding documentation - I have spent a ton of time
creating a web site that allows setting up WriteLog easy and
straight-forward.
In fact, after I started the web site I felt it too was getting complicated
and I totally reformatted it into its current look last year.
If you go to the web site and check under 'Getting Started' and then use the
section 'Universal Setup,' you'll see what needs to be done. There are even
screen shots there.
While somewhat self-serving, I think following the instructions on the web
site make setting and using the program pretty easy. I'd like to think that
enough people have used the site so that what people now see on the
reflector
are the more complex and difficult things they are trying to do with the
program and not the simple things like how to do CW messages.
I follow the process in 'Universal Setup' before every contest. It works. If
it doesn't, I know I need to change it!
Over 25,000 hits on the site. Something's working there!
