[WriteLog] VHF Sweepstakes - Cabrillo

I figured it would happen soon enough, and this may
have been addressed...Since WL insists on filling in 
a useless signal report 59  59 in VHF contests, my
Cabrillo file to the league is rejected because it has 
Grids that have 59 in front of them.  Is there a fix
for this problem, or is it to just manually build a
cabrillo file and give up on WL for VHF contests?
